This part is designed to protect against overvoltage transients, such as surges from isolated power lines, lightning, and ESD (electrostatic discharge). This part is RoHS compliant, which means that it does not contain any substances that are harmful to people and the environment. Its axial design makes installation and routing of cables and wires easier and more efficient. It has a recommended operating frequency between 10MHz and 3GHz. The unit is highly reliable with life expectancy of up to 25kA (8/20µs).
