FN389B-2 is a high performance carbon filter designed by Schaffner to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) in electrical equipment. This filter uses metal-oxide varistor (MOV) technology designed to react quickly to EMI surges, providing high attenuation with low surge capability. It has robust construction and is designed to be installed into a chassis or panel. The FN389B-2 offers superior performance with a wide bandwidth and can be used in a range of applications including power supplies, medical equipment, telecommunications, instrumentation, and more. It is easy to install and can be used with various mounting options.
