The Schneider XCKJ161 is a part of the Modicon Quantum series of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). It is a basic logic unit that consists of a base CPU, a power supply module, a communications module, and an I/O module. It provides up to 8,192 points of I/O expandable to over 65,000 points and is designed for controlling small to medium-sized machines in industrial processes. The experience-based logic allows for easy programmability and offers a variety of features such as diagnostic capabilities, enhanced communications, and built-in self-test functions. Additionally, the device supports a variety of communication protocols, such as Modbus RTU, DF1 and TCP/IP.
