R13-249L-01-BBG is a part of SCI's (System Continental IHC) robust catalog of retention knobs. It is a zinc die-cast version with a black "BBG" sunburst finish. The knob has a threaded stud, 1/4-20 UNC thread size with a length of 0.843 inches (2.14 cm). It has an overall diameter of 0.872 inches (2.21 cm) and overall height of 0.812 inches (2.06 cm). The beveled skirt of the knob has an outside diameter of 1.07 inches (2.72 cm). The maximum gripping torque for this retention knob is 55 in-lbs. (6.2 N·m). This knob is ideal for applications needing a robust, aesthetically pleasing appearance with reliable clamp-load retention.
