SKKE 81/08 is a 6-phase shunt regulator developed by Semikron for voltage regulation applications. It is an open loop power regulator for controlling the output voltage of regulated DC/DC converters and includes an analog input interface. The device offers an adjustable output voltage range from 0-600V and maximum current rating of 8A. It features a wide input voltage range from 12 to 600V and is perfect for use in high power applications. It also provides a high level of electrical isolation and has integrated overvoltage, overcurrent and temperature protection functions.
