The SKKQ45/16E with Module, opposing construction, 1.6kV, 45A, A41, SEMIPACK0, Ufmax:1.8V, and Ifsm:470A is a power semiconductor module manufactured by Semikron. This four quadrant fast current-regulating rectifier utilizes a series connection of rectifier diodes, fast thyristors, and a fast overcurrent protection. It is made for use in intermediate circuit applications with very fast dynamic response and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The SEMIPACK0 also features an ultra soft di/dt response which ensures high current stability even with fast changing loads.
