I t is designed to suppress Transient Protec tion to: unwanted EMI/RFI signals and provide elec trostatic IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) 15kV (Air), 8kV (Contac t) discharge (ESD) protec tion for Automotive grade ISO -10605 (ESD) 30kV (Air), 30kV (Contac t) elec tronics. IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT ) 4kV (5/50ns) Q ualified to AEC- Q100, Grade 1 The device consists of four identical channels compr ised R esistor : 100 15% of T VS diodes for ESD protec tion, and a resistor- capacitor Protec tion and filter ing for four lines net wor k optimized for EMI/RFI filter ing. A ser ies resitor Filter per for mance: 30dB minimum attenuation 1.8GH z to 2.5GH z value of 100 and a capacitance value of 10pF are used T VS Wor k ing Voltage: 5V to achieve 30dB minimum attenuation from 1.8GH z to S olid-state silicon-avalanche technology 2.5GH z. The T VS diodes provide effec tive suppression of ESD voltages in excess of 15kV (air discharge) and 8kV (contac t discharge) per IEC61000-4-2, level 4.
