The SGM803-SXN3L/TR with Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisors is a RoHS-compliant, SOT-23-3 (SOT-23) packaged, active low, 2.93V microprocessor supervisory device manufactured by SGMICRO. It is an ideal solution for battery-backed, low voltage power supply systems, and includes functions such as an integrated voltage supervisor, internal Power-On Reset (POR) circuit, watchdog and adjustable reset time-out. It is designed to protect systems against power supply faults such as brownouts, brown-outs and overvoltages, and also offers protection against any runaway code and the resulting system lock-up. In addition, its open drain active low RESET output is designed for compatibility with most modern processors and controllers.
