It is a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor, which means that the resistance of the thermistor decreases as the temperature increases. It is RoHS compliant, meaning that it is made with non-harmful materials and does not contain lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, or polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
