The BZT52C24 Zener Diodes SOD-123 RoHS from Shikues are low power, surface mount technology Zener diode devices designed to provide a low voltage regulated output from a higher unregulated voltage power source. They feature an ESD positive protection rating of > 10^5? and a maximum power dissipation of 250mW. The diodes are RoHS compliant and feature a ± 5% tolerance for superior performance. The BZT52C24 Zener diode is designed to operate in a temperature range of -30°C to +125°C and be reliable and stable throughout its entire operating temperature range. The package size is a form-fit-function compliant SOD-123 package, with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 100K/W.
