The CRS08 with Schottky barrier diodes is a low-noise diode array from Shikues, with SOD-123FL package and RoHS compliant (lead-free). This device is ideal for high current and low voltage applications. It includes two Schottky Barrier Diodes with inverse parallel connection and a low forward voltage drop. It provides an ultra low forward voltage drop 0.30V @ 10A with fast switching time and good temperature performance. Additionally, this part offers low thermal resistance and a low noise coefficient. Furthermore, it exhibits enhanced temperature stability, low and reverse leakage current, and a high forward surge current capability.
