The SR3200 with DO-27 Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) is a rectangular, surface mount diode manufactured by ShunYe Electronics. The SBD is made with a high performance, low-noise Schottky barrier diode, and is designed to be mounted directly on printed circuit boards. It is especially suitable for use in automotive circuits, high frequency switching power converters, voltage regulator modules, and telecom power supplies. The SBD has a small chip area, low forward voltage drop, high current rating, and excellent reverse leak current characteristics. The individual components of the SBD are RoHS compliant, and all materials used in production meet RoHS requirements.
