The SY7069ADC is a Power Management IC (PMIC) for Battery Management in a 6-pin TSOT23-6 (Thin Small Outline Transistor) package, which is RoHS compliant. It is manufactured by the semiconductor company Silergy Corporation.
The SY7069ADC is used to help manage the charging, discharging, and protection of lithium-ion (Li-ion) and lithium-ion polymer (Li-pol) batteries in various consumer or industrial electronic applications such as mobile phones, tablets, and sensors. It can regulate the charging and discharging of up to six cells in series, control input current profile, provide short-circuit protection with auto-restart, and also monitor the cell temperatures.
