The ETRX2-PA is a low-power, highly integrated SoC (System-on-Chip) module from Silicon Labs. It combines an Ember EM250 802.15.4 SoC, 802.15.4 radio transceiver, 32KB of flash memory, 16KB of SRAM, and a XAP2B-Cortex M3 processor core. It is a cost-effective solution for Zigbee and other IEEE 802.15.4-based Smart IoT solutions. The module measures just 17mm x 18mm and provides an ideal platform for smaller form factor applications such as sensing, lighting control, and home automation.
