TSM921-TSM924 Ultra-Low-Power, Single/Dual-Supply Comparators FEATURES DESCRIPTION Ultra-Low Quiescent Current Over Temperature The TSM921TSM924 family of single/dual/quad, TSM921/TSM922: 4 A (total) low-voltage, micropower analog comparators is TSM923/TSM924: <2.5 A per comparator electrically and form-factor identical to the MAX921- Single or Dual Power Supplies: MAX924 family of analog comparators. Ideal for 3V or Single: +2.5V to +11V 5V single-supply applications, the TSM921TSM924 Dual: 1.25V to 5.5V family can operate from single +2.5V to +11V Input Voltage Range Includes Negative Supply supplies or from 1.25V to 5.5V dual supplies. The 12 s Propagation Delay at 10mV Overdrive single TSM921 and the dual TSM922 draw less than Push-pull TTL/CMOS-Compatible Outputs 4 A (max) supply current over temperature. The dual Crowbar-Current-Free Switching TSM923 and the quad TSM924 draw less than 2.5 A Continuous Source Current Capability: 40mA per comparator over temperature. Internal 1.182V 1% Reference: TSM921/TSM923/TSM924 All comparators in this family exhibit an input voltage Adjustable Hysteresis: TSM921/TSM923 range from the negative supply rail to within 1.3V of the positive supply. In addition, the comparators push-pull output stages are TTL/CMOS compatible and capable of sinking and sourcing current. The APPLICATIONS TSM921/TSM923/TSM924 each incorporates an Threshold Detectors internal 1.182V 1% voltage reference. Without Window Comparator complicated feedback configurations and only Level Translators requiring two additional resistors, adding external Oscillator Circuits hysteresis via a separate pin is available on the single Battery-Powered Systems TSM921 and the dual TSM923.
