The SLM2009CA-DG with SOIC-8 Gate Drive ICs ROHS is a low-power dissipation, high-speed, and low-noise high-speed power switch manufactured by Sillumin. It is a switchable 200V output gate drive with a 7V to 40V supply range, low capacitance (<100nF with VB1 low), and an 8-pin SOIC package. The SLM2009CA-DG provides a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C for reliable and consistent performance in extreme conditions.
