Additional Infomation About Product

SIM808 is a complete Quad-Band GSM/GPRS module designed with LCC castellation package. This module provides a high-speed, low-power communication solution for both voice and data applications. It features Quad-band GSM/GPRS 850/EGSM900/DCS1800/PCS1900 MHz, a powerful controller, EDGE and GPRS up to 240kbps (uplink/downlink). To extend the cellular coverage, an optional RF amplifier is available. There are also internal LNA support on this module. The SIM808 module is based on IP protocol and consists of TTL serial ports, three serial communication ports (one internal and two external), a GSM Audio Interface, ADC, and multiple GPIOs for sensors and other applications. In addition, the SIM808 module supports Bluetooth, SMS, and GPRS protocol to provide real-time data transfer and remote control. Moreover, the GPS feature provided enables high performance GPS/A-GPS positioning. and also supports Sensor Fusion, an enhanced version of GPS/A-GPS positioning, corrects the positioning accuracy by fusing all kinds of positioning technologies and sensors.
