AMThe SINO-ICAM SE18NS65A is a MOSFET-N Trench power transistor constructed from a 650V, 20A, 4V @ 250uA, 190mΩ @ 10A, 10V, TO-220 RoHS package. It is designed for use as a power switch in a wide variety of circuits, such as in motor controllers, induction heaters, and AC adapters.
