The SC92F8372M20U is a RoHS-compliant microcontroller unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) from SinOne. It has an 8 KB 384Byte FLASH memory, a 18/51 series SOP-20-7.8mm package, and is suitable for a wide range of applications including industrial, automotive, home appliance and medical systems. It has several integrated peripherals, including two 32-bit timers, 6 channels of 10-bit A/D conversion, I2C, SPI, 3 USARTSs, an internal oscillator circuitry, and Brown-Out-Reset circuitry.
