The H7150-1 Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) from Siproin is a three-terminal, surface-mount sot89-type regulator with a RoHS compliance. This device provides a low-noise, low-power ripple, and low-dropout output voltage precision, which helps it to keep the bias voltage stable over a wide range of operating conditions. It has a maximum input voltage of 25V, a minimum voltage of 1V, an output voltage accuracy of ±2%, and a thermal shutdown temperature of 140°C. Its output current is rated for 0.2A and its supply current is rated for 1mA. It also has internal overcurrent and short circuit protection capabilities. This device is designed for use in a wide range of applications including portable consumer electronics, home appliances, automotive systems, and industrial equipment.
