The H7527-1 is a low dropout (LDO) positive voltage regulator in the surface mount SOT89 RoHS package, manufactured by Siproin. It provides regulated output voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V, and output current capability up to 500mA. The regulator design utilizes low ESR ceramic capacitors and features low quiescent current, low noise, low temperature stability, and fast transient response.
