The H8118A50M5R is a SOT23-5 DC-DC converter manufactured by Siproin. It is a RoHS-compliant component with an input voltage range of 4.5V-18V and an output voltage of 5V. The maximum output current is 500mA and comes with a 500kHz switching frequency. Additionally, it has high efficiency, a start up current of 330uA, a shutdown pin, over temperature protection, and short circuit protection.
