The SSP1851 with PMIC - Current Regulation SSOP24 RoHS is a 24-Pin SSOP package current regulation integrated circuit manufactured by Siproin. It is designed to provide a wide range of current regulation (0.2A to 10A). It has a high efficiency and low ripple current and features an over-temperature protection with reset function, adjustable PWM frequency (from 50 kHz up to 500 kHz), and an external synchronization pin. It also incorporates a power-good signal output and soft-start circuitry to control inrush current. This device is RoHS compliant and is suitable for applications such as battery chargers, LED lighting, motor control and power supplies.
