The SSP6206-15NR is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) SOT23 RoHS manufactured by Siproin. It is a three pin, monolithic, positive voltage regulator in SOT23 (surface-mount transistor outline) package. This voltage regulator has an ultra-low dropout voltage which enables it to achieve a very high efficiency. It can support up to 15V output voltage, and 0.15V dropout voltage. This regulator is designed to operate over full temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, and can provide up to 600mA of output current. Its features also include low noise, low power dissipation, and precision control of output voltage. It has reverse current protection, and an over-voltage protection circuit.
