The SSP7603P50M5R is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) manufactured by Siproin for use in continuous mode power supply applications. This device is a SOT23-5 RoHS compliant package and can provide up to 500mA of current when operated in a wide input voltage range of 3.0V to 6.0V. The regulator features an ultra-low quiescent current (2uA), fast start-up time (90us), and a low output voltage range (1.2V - 4.5V).
