MUR3060 is a MOSFET transistor manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is an ultra-low loss, high performance, low gate charge device which features 100V drain source voltage, RDS (on) being 8.3mO, fast switching speed and -57A of drain current. It is encapsulated in a single commercial plastic package and is ideal for applications that require fast switching with low losses and minimal noise, such as in PFC converters, active ORing, switching power supplies and digital power applications.
