The OMEGA-27/PM125 is a heavy-duty door closer from Giustinum, a manufacturer of high-performance door hardware for commercial, residential and industrial applications. The OMEGA-27/PM125 is designed for use on fire-rated doors and is tested to 300,000 cycles to ensure long-term reliability. The closer features adjustable backcheck, closure speed and latch speed, as well as a Delayed Action feature which allows the door to remain open for 8 to 10 seconds before gently and quietly closing. It also includes a holding force of up to 90lbs, a universal arm set, and a bonus arm set for narrow door frames. The closer is ANSI Grade 1 certified, UL and ULC listed, and includes a 25-year warranty.
