The AAT1232 Integrated Low R MOSFET Switches DS(ON) offers a true load disconnect feature which isolates the Up to 85% Efficiency load from the power source when EN/SET is pulled low. <1A Shutdown Current This eliminates leakage current and maintains zero volt- Integrated Soft Start age at the output while disabled. Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit The output voltage can be dynamically set by activating Short-Circuit, Over-Temperature Protection one of two reference levels (FB1 or FB2) through the SEL Available in TSOPJW-12 or TDFN34-16 Package logic pin. Optionally, Skyworks Simple Serial Control -40C to +85C Temperature Range 2 (S Cwire) interface provides dynamic programmability across a wide output voltage range through the EN/SET Applications pin.
