Small MCM (20-pin, 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm) package The device is provided in a 3.3 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm 20-pin MCM (MSL3, 260 C per JEDEC-J-STD-020) package. A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. Pin assignments are shown in Figure 2. Signal pin assignments and functional pin descriptions are provided in Table 1.
