All diodes are fully characterized, including SPICE model parameters, and deliver tight parameter distribution, which minimizes performance variability. Wiring configurations include singles, common cathode, series pairs, unconnected pairs, and dual series pairs. The SMS392x series of diodes may be used at frequencies up to 6 GHz.
