The SS510 electronic part with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) SMA RoHS manufactured by SLKORMICRO is a low voltage, low-leakage, surface-mount, single-diode, negative voltage regulator offering Point of Load (POL) regulation in alternating current/direct current (AC/DC) applications.
