The AN101-01 is a part of SMC's 280 series of 8-/16-bit microcontrollers. This unit features several features such as enhanced instruction sets, low power consumption, an integrated LCD interface, multiple interrupt sources, and an analog-digital conversion module. It also contains 128K Bytes of RAM, an internal ROM, timer/counter block, dedicated serial I/O ports, pulse-width modulator, and autonomous timers. The AN101-01 can be used in a wide range of applications, including robotics, industrial and consumer products, portable computing devices, and automotive modules.
