SolutionsThe MURS120 with Diodes General Purpose 200V 1A 900mV @ 1A SMB (DO-214AA) RoHS manufactured by SMC Diode Solutions is a fast-acting, surface-mounted, solid-state rectifier power diode that is designed for use in AC and DC applications such as power supplies, electronic power filters, and more. This diode features a long-life metal envelope construction that is UL listed, and is certified for use in an industrial grade environment. This diode also features a DO-214AA form factor, and is RoHS compliant. It is capable of operation up to 200V and has an average current rating of 1A. It has a forward voltage drop of 900mV @ 1A, making it ideal for applications such as frequency shortening, brake, and protect circuits.
