XThe SLM6800 with PMIC - Battery Management QFN4x4-16 RoHS is a quad flat no-lead (QFN) package manufactured by SolaX. It is designed for efficient charging, discharging, and life cycle monitoring of Li-ion/Li-ion polymer battery packs. The device includes an integrated power management system (PMIC) that is compatible with both 2-cell and 3-cell battery packs. It also has advanced safety features such as over-voltage protection, short circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. Features include: • Over-voltage protection: Max. battery voltage is 8.4V. • Short circuit protection • Over-temperature protection • Low battery voltage protection • Low-power protection • Overload protection The SLM6800 with PMIC also enables an extremely high power efficiency with an efficiency rating of up to 97%. It can handle a maximum charging current of up to 2A and maximum discharge current of up to 6A. The included PMIC, combined with low on-resistance FETs, reduces system power loss and enables fast charging, discharge, and safety protection. The package is RoHS compliant and the QFN package is rated for -40°C to +85°C operating temperatures.
