R2-D2 is a unique part of Sphero, a robotic ball that is controlled using an app on a smartphone or tablet. The R2-D2 version of the ball features iconic blue and white colors that mimic the movie version, as well as six fully functional and detailed positions. He can move his head and limbs, spin his head and blink realistically. In addition to the regular driving controls, he has the ability to recognize and respond to voice commands, making him a great companion.
