The G21-S is part of the SR Passives series designed by Mesanovic Microphones. It is a small-diaphragm condenser microphone designed for studio recording, location sound capture, and live sound reinforcement. The G21-S is a electret-polarized and FET-impressed microphone built on a side-address housing designed to reduce unwanted sonic artifacts and preserve the sound character of the recorded sound source. It has a selectable cardioid, figure-of-eight, omnidirectional, and hypercardioid polar patterns. The G21-S offers a wide frequency response (20Hz - 20KHz) and high sensitivity, making it ideal for capturing detailed sounds. The G21-S utilizes a three-stage, Class A FET amplifier circuit and an external power supply, providing a clean and transparent sound.
