TS4622 SSAC

15 The TS4622 is a thermal sensor switch designed by TE Connectivity. It features a wide operating temperature range of -65°C to +125°C and is used as an over-temperature switch in a variety of applications. It is commonly used in safety-critical deployed and aviation electronics, however, thanks to its robust and reliable design and the ability to integrate a harsh environment, the TS4622 can also be used in excessive temperature range and industrial equipment. The switch is activated when the controlled temperature (set by the customer) exceeds pre-set levels. This can be configured using the SSAC15 temperature selector pack, which includes one each of SPDT, work & reset temperature switches, normally open and normally closed. The TS4622 provides a contact set which is SPDT-rated for up to 5A at 250VAC/DC. The contact ratings are compatible with an SAE J1171, type K. This thermal switch is widely used for applications that require ultra-high reliability in extreme temperature environments.
