Stannol 519242 is a silver-filled solder paste, dispensed in a syringe. This solder paste product is a dispersion of fine silver particles in a vehicle that is designed for use in robotic soldering applications. It is a lead-free paste that is suitable for fine-pitch soldering processes and has a lower melting point than tin-lead solder paste. It offers a wide temperature range from 600°F to 750°F and has excellent thermal stability. It is ideal for soldering sensitive components such as surface mount ICs and is capable of achieving high yields with minimal defect rates. It also exhibits strong wetting properties on all types of surfaces and is resistant to flux residues. Stannol 519242 is supplied in 250g bottles and can be used in automated dispensers and soldering machines.
