Medium speed operation The HCF4060 device consists of an oscillator Common reset section and 14 ripple carry binary counter stages. Fully static operation The oscillator configuration allows design of either Buffered inputs and outputs RC or crystal oscillator circuits. A RESET input is Quiescent current specified up to 20 V provided which resets the counter to the all 0s 5 V, 10 V and 15 V parametric ratings state and disables the oscillator.
