The L4981BD is an advanced current mode step-down switch mode regulator from STMicroelectronics. It provides up to 1.5A of continuous output current and its wide input voltage range (6V to 40V) makes it suitable for applications that require high output current and/or a wide input voltage range. Additionally, it has adjustable output voltage, output overcurrent and thermal shutdown protection, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and consumer applications.
