Additional Infomation About Product

The L6205PD013TR is a dual full-bridge Motor/Motion/Ignition Controller & Driver manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a monolithic integrated circuit that is capable of driving two high power DC or stepper motors. It has an operating voltage range of 7V to 45V and is suitable for driving inductive loads such as DC motors, stepper motors, relays, solenoids, etc. It is designed to provide a wide range of current outputs, up to 2A for each bridge to drive the motor. Additionally, the device has an internal charge pump to provide gate-drive voltage for the external MOSFETs and circuitry to monitor the current in each bridge, providing protection from over-current condition for the motor.
