The L6225DTR is a fully integrated, dual full bridge motor drivers from STMicroelectronics. It is designed to drive brush DC, stepper and other motors in the consumer, industrial and automotive applications. The device includes advanced modern features such as an embedded microcontroller, sinusoidal current control architecture, configurable input control signals, and protection against overvoltage, short circuit, and over-temperature. The L6225DTR operates from 4V to 36V supply and is capable of generating up to 2A of output current per channel. This device is also RoHS compliant and is available in a 28-pin HVSSOP package.
