The IC is a flyback switching regulator in current mode with integrated 630 W power factor correction (PFC) controller. It provides a maximum power of up to 650 mW and operates from a wide input voltage range of 10.5 V to 22.5 V. In addition, the device can be used from 1 MHz switching frequency with no need for an external oscillator. Its package is a 8-pin SO8 tube.
