The L6562AD with Driver; PFC controller; 650mW; 10.5÷22.5V; SO8; Package: tube; 1MHz is an integrated circuit manufactured by STMicroelectronics and is specifically designed for use in switched mode power supply (SMPS) applications such as LED lighting, power inverters, chargers, telecom power supplies, and motor control. The IC is a flyback switching regulator in current mode with integrated 630 W power factor correction (PFC) controller. It provides a maximum power of up to 650 mW and operates from a wide input voltage range of 10.5 V to 22.5 V. In addition, the device can be used from 1 MHz switching frequency with no need for an external oscillator. Its package is a 8-pin SO8 tube.
