The L7808ABV-DG from STMicroelectronics is a Linear Voltage Regulator with dual gauge and 1.5A current capability. It regulates the input voltage in the range of 35V to 40V DC. It contains two voltage regulator circuits connected in series, allowing for a dual output voltage of 1.5V and 8.0V.
