Additional Infomation About Product

The M24C64-WDW6TP is a 64-Kb I2C Serial EEPROM from STMicroelectronics. It is a low-voltage device that operates over a wide temperature range of -45°C to +85°C. It is designed to interface with an I2C bus and features sequential write/read/write operations and multi-byte reads and writes. The device is programmed with an 8-pin dual-inline package and can be powered by a 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It features an integrated write protection and a choice of four pin-selectable, software-configurable device addresses, enabling up to eight devices to be connected to a single bus.
