The M95160-DFMN6TP is a 16-Kb SPI bus EEPROM with high-speed clock manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It features a 2-wire serial interface, a high-speed SPI clock frequency of up to 40MHz, an operating voltage range of 1.8-5.5 volts, and 16Kbits of user EEPROM memory. It includes an integrated write-protect feature that can be applied on a sector or a whole device basis. The device offers an enhanced block write protection, up to 16 write operations per byte, and status flags. It is capable of reading and writing data with fast access time and low power consumption. It is also qualified for automotive operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. The device is suitable for many applications such as data storage, battery-less systems, remote control configuration, and other automotive and industrial applications.
