Additional Infomation About Product

The STM690TM6F is a voltage supervisor integrated circuit manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It includes two independent precision power-on reset circuits with a fixed voltage level of 3.075V. It also includes a batt switch that allows connection of an external battery to the supervisor circuit, ensuring that the circuit will always receive power. The supervisor circuits are designed to prevent accidental or undesired system reset, offering time-out reset, manual reset and watchdog reset. The circuit provides an adjustable reset time-out period (max 260 seconds), a manual reset signal indicator output and an active-low reset output. It is designed to operate between 1.6V and 5.5V, making it suitable for a wide range of voltage applications.
