The TIP122 and TIP127 are Darlington transistors produced by STMicroelectronics. They are PNP type transistors that are used to power high current loads such as motors, lamps, and other inductive loads. The TIP122 and TIP127 have a maximum collector current of 5A and a maximum VCE of 65V. The TIP122 also has a maximum AD gain of 1000 while the TIP127 has a maximum AC gain of 800. Both transistors are suitable for a wide range of applications including switching circuits and amplifier circuits.
