The device is designed to drive 12 V Compatible with 3 V and 5 V CMOS automotive grounded loads through a 3 V and outputs 5 V CMOS-compatible interface, and to provide CS diagnostic functions protection and diagnostics. Analog feedback of: load current with The device integrates advanced protective high precision proportional current functions such as load current limitation, overload mirror active management by power limitation and Overload and short to ground (power overtemperature shutdown with configurable limitation) indication latch-off.
