The VN7140AJTR is an integrated circuit from STMicroelectronics Power Switch ICs - Power Distribution series. It is an 18V, 2A low-side Auto-Load-Sharing (ALS) power switch IC with reduced spread of currents and voltage drops on multiple VS lines. This IC includes a logic signal generator for steady detection of load sharing state and multiple protections for system stability such as thermal shutdown, current limitation, short-circuit latch-off, overvoltage protection and overcurrent detection. The VN7140AJTR also provides a stackable architecture to increase the number of devices connected.
